Welcome to Healing Goddess! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.healinggoddess.club (the "Site") and your purchase of any products or services from us. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived THCa products in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to know your local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of such products.

2. Product Disclaimer

All products sold on Healing Goddess are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2024 Farm Bill.

We do not guarantee that our products are legal in your state or country. You use and purchase our products at your own risk. We are not responsible for any legal issues that may arise due to your local laws.

FDA Disclosure: These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Healing Goddess reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Limit quantities purchased per customer or household

  • Modify prices and availability at any time without notice

4. Shipping & Delivery

We only ship within jurisdictions where THCa products are legal. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, weather, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., damage or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and text — is the property of Healing Goddess and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

8. Limitation of Liability

Compliant Hemp Product — 2018 U.S. Farm Bill:
• Grown in full compliance with federal and applicable state laws.      

• Contains Δ9-THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis,   verified by third-party laboratory testing.    

• Hemp and hemp-derived products were removed from the Controlled Substances Act by the 2018 Farm Bill and are federally lawful to ship in the United States.

• 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B) excludes hemp from the definition of “marijuana.”     

• 7 U.S.C. § 1639o defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and all derivatives with ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC.

 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product to jurisdictions where local or state law prohibits the sale, possession, or shipment of hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA products.

**We do not ship THCA products to the following states:**  
(Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.)

If your state is added to this list or new legislation prohibits shipment, we will suspend shipment to that state immediately.  
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where THCA products are prohibited, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws.
