Refund Policy

At Healing Goddess, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand by the quality of our THCa products and strive to ensure that every order is delivered correctly and in excellent condition. Because our products are consumable and regulated, we have specific policies in place regarding returns and refunds.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — which include consumables such as THCa flower, tinctures, edibles, and concentrates — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to understand local laws regarding THCa

Please ensure you are legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived THCa products in your state or locality before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We may offer:

  • A replacement of the item

  • A refund to the original payment method (if applicable)

  • Store credit for a future purchase

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests at our discretion.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and ensuring your delivery address is secure.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at [insert email]. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Healing Goddess reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements for any reason that appears to violate the spirit or terms of this policy.

Compliant Hemp Product — 2018 U.S. Farm Bill:
• Grown in full compliance with federal and applicable state laws.      

• Contains Δ9-THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis,   verified by third-party laboratory testing.    

• Hemp and hemp-derived products were removed from the Controlled Substances Act by the 2018 Farm Bill and are federally lawful to ship in the United States.

• 21 U.S.C. § 802(16)(B) excludes hemp from the definition of “marijuana.”     

• 7 U.S.C. § 1639o defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L. and all derivatives with ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC.

 

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any product to jurisdictions where local or state law prohibits the sale, possession, or shipment of hemp-derived cannabinoids, including THCA products.  

**We do not ship THCA products to the following states:**  
(Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.)

If your state is added to this list or new legislation prohibits shipment, we will suspend shipment to that state immediately.  
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where THCA products are prohibited, and you assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws.
